As we close out this year, I’ve been reflecting on what makes Arlington such a special place to work. The answer has not changed. It’s the people. Each of you has played a part in serving our residents, partners, and one another with excellence as we’ve navigated growth, change, and new opportunities across our companies.

My hope is that The Arlington Key will help us stay connected by sharing the stories, wins, and lessons happening every day on our job sites, in our communities, and in our offices. Thank you for the work you do, the ideas you bring, and the care you show to those around you.
