QUARTERLY UPDATE

This quarter has been defined by steady progress across our construction pipeline, with key milestones achieved and continued momentum on active projects. Despite ongoing challenges in the broader market, our team remains focused on delivering high-quality communities and positioning upcoming developments for success.

  • Our Pre-Construction team continues to advance upcoming developments, currently working on three new projects for Arlington Development alongside four third-party developments. We anticipate several of these projects reaching closing in the coming months as momentum builds.

  • We’re pleased to share progress across several active communities:

    • Beard Road: Certificates of Occupancy have been received for the first apartment building.

    • Velo Interlocken: Certificates of Occupancy have been received for the first apartment building.

    • Velo Circleport: Construction has been completed.

  • As we enter Q2, our Operations Teams are continuing to perform at a very high level:

    • Concrete Division – Starting projects in several cities, including Opelika, AL, Memphis, TN and Travelers Rest, SC.

    • Hardscapes Division – Nearing 50% completion on the largest project to date.  Project located in Greenville, SC.

    • Framing Division – Completing a 474-unit project in Greenville, SC.

    • Drywall/Painting Division –Completing project in downtown Charlotte. NC.

    • Flooring Division – Completing project in Birmingham, AL at Coca-Cola new corporate office and warehouse.

OPERATIONS UPDATE

We have begun implementing Outbuild scheduling software across select projects and will continue rolling it out more broadly throughout the year. This initiative will enhance scheduling efficiency, coordination, and overall project execution as we scale.
