CONSTRUCTION
QUARTERLY UPDATE

Despite ongoing challenges in the multifamily market, our team successfully closed three new projects this quarter through the collaborative efforts of Russ Walker, the ACS estimating team, and our partners at PBS and ORVA. With several projects approaching first-unit deliveries and additional completions on the horizon, our teams remain focused on delivering high-quality projects while maintaining demanding schedules.

As we reach the halfway point of the year, I want to thank everyone for their continued hard work and dedication. Your commitment is what drives our success, and we are fortunate to have such a dedicated ACS family.

Pre-Construction is working on 4 third-party developments and several Arlington Development projects and it is anticipating 2 project closings in the next quarter.
We’re pleased to share progress across several recent projects and team events:
- Settlement Manor: Construction has been completed, and all buildings have been turned over for this third-party project with Hallmark Development Partners.
- Tapestry Lake District: A Certificate of Occupancy has been received for the first apartment building.
- Appreciation Lunches: Team appreciation lunches were held at Old Rocky Ridge in Birmingham, Alabama, and Fairhaven Glen in Charlotte, North Carolina.

As we enter Q3, our Operations Teams and Pre-Construction Team continue to perform at a very high level:
- Pre-Construction – Negotiating several new opportunities with our existing and new clients.
- Hardscapes – Successfully completing 2 projects in Birmingham, AL and 2 projects in Greenville, SC for third party clients.
- Concrete Division – Completed projects in LaGrange, GA and Opelika, AL. Their strong performance positions this division for the highest annual revenue in company history.
- Framing Division – Completed a 474-unit project in Greenville, SC. Continues to complete framing projects on or ahead of schedule.
- Drywall Division – Successfully completed an affordable housing project in Montgomery, AL.
- Flooring – Awarded their 6th project with a Huntsville based general contractor.
