DEVELOPMENT QUARTERLY UPDATE
Arlington Development remained busy in the third quarter, pursuing new development opportunities while continuing to manage our growing portfolio of 19 communities and more than 5,000 units. Given current market conditions, we are placing an increased focus on asset management, with operational efficiency serving as a key priority for 2027. Andy Clark is leading our talented managers and regional managers in this effort.
The highlight of Q3 was the closing of Tapestry Cahaba, a new 275-unit community right here in our hometown of Birmingham. We also continue to make progress on prospective sites in Orlando, Tampa, and Chesapeake, Virginia.

The highlight of the quarter was closing on Tapestry Cahaba, Arlington's new development located in Birmingham, Alabama. Tapestry Cahaba will feature 275 apartment homes in a prime location along Birmingham’s Highway 280, offering convenient access to shopping, popular dining destinations, and a variety of everyday amenities.

NOW LEASING IN LUTZ
Tapestry Lake District began pre-leasing in March 2026 and received its full certificate of occupancy in September. The 238-unit community is already 44% leased, putting it close to the halfway mark just months after opening. Its distinctive design, including a striking 3D wall feature in the clubhouse, gives the community a modern, memorable feel. Located in Lutz, the community is within walking distance of local retail and a short drive from several area lakes.
