Arlington Development had a busy second quarter navigating through this temperamental apartment market. We celebrated the closing and groundbreaking of Reserve and Rail while continuing to advance new opportunities in Birmingham, Orlando, Tampa, Chesapeake, and Lexington.
As we head into the summer leasing season, we are encouraged by improving market conditions and look forward to continued momentum.
As always, thank you to each of the Arlington companies for your continued support of our development efforts. Here's to a great third quarter!
