CONSTRUCTION
QUARTERLY UPDATE

ACS had a busy third quarter, advancing several Arlington Development projects while continuing work on third-party projects for both new and existing clients. We look forward to growing these relationships, expanding our client base, and beginning work with several new clients in the coming months. We also welcomed two new members to our team and are excited about the contributions they will bring.

Our team attended its first-ever career fairs at Auburn University and Mississippi State University, where we had the opportunity to connect with many bright and promising students.

We are grateful for the hard work and collaboration across ACS, PBS, ORVA, Arlington Development, and Arlington Properties. We look forward to finishing 2026 strong!

- Tapestry Cahaba
  - Birmingham, AL
  - Client: Arlington Development
Pre-Construction is working on several Arlington development projects along with numerous third-party projects for both existing clients and several new clients. We are excited about the opportunity to expand our client base and begin projects with these new clients in the near future.
We’re pleased to share progress across several recent projects and team events:
- Tapestry Lake District received its final Certificate of Occupancy and is fully turned over to the Owner. This was an outstanding project for Arlington Construction that came in well ahead of the original construction schedule thanks to the hard work and coordination between ACS, PBS, ORVA, Arlington Development and Arlington Properties.
- Gateway at Charleston now named the Haven on Henry completed and received its Certificate of Occupancy. This age restricted 55+ community was developed by Gateway Communities and is the fifth project that Arlington Construction has completed for Gateway.
We’re excited to welcome the newest additions to the team:
- Matt Haeussler, Senior Estimator
- Shep Willis, Assistant Project Manager

Building What’s Next

For the first time, the Arlington Construction team hit the road to connect with the next generation of construction professionals at Building Science Career Fairs in Starkville, Mississippi, and Auburn, Alabama.

Over the course of two weeks, our team met with students interested in building science and multifamily construction, learning about their career goals while sharing what a career with Arlington Construction can look like. From conversations at the booth to making new connections, the team worked hard to put Arlington on the radar of students preparing to enter the industry.

These career fairs marked an exciting first step in expanding our presence on campus and building relationships with the future talent of our industry.

As we enter Q4, our Pre-Construction and Team Operations Teams continue to perform at a very high level:
- Pre-Construction – Negotiating several new opportunities with our existing and new clients.
- Hardscapes – Successfully completing 2 projects in Birmingham, AL and 2 projects in Greenville, SC for third party clients.
- Concrete Division – Continued to perform in many cities including St. Augustine, Orlando, Memphis and Birmingham.
- Framing Division – Work is progressing well in St. Augustine at our largest cottage project to date.
- Drywall Division – Successfully completed North Graham Apartments (Charlotte, NC) and Ball Healthcare (Mobile, AL) for one of our top clients.
- Flooring – Flooring Division is now managed by our Drywall Division Manager. As a result, the flooring team is operating at its highest level.

Building the Future

The Professional Building Services team spent the past two weeks bringing the PBS story to campus, connecting with students at Building Science Career Fairs in Starkville, Mississippi, and Auburn, Alabama.

From learning about students’ interests to talking through the variety of roles and projects within PBS, the team had the opportunity to show what it means to build a career in the trades. These conversations gave students a closer look at the people, projects, and possibilities that make up PBS—and helped put our team in front of future construction professionals.

It was a great opportunity to introduce PBS to students early in their careers and start building relationships that can carry forward.
