We’ve just come through a busy season, turning over a large number of quality units and earning recognition from our clients. I’m incredibly proud of the work you do every day. Even in a challenging multifamily market, we’ve closed new projects and are positioned to carry that momentum into the new year as we continue to deliver a product we can all be proud of.

  • The Pre-Construction team led by Russ Walker is working very hard to get our upcoming projects across the finish line and they are currently working on 4 new developments for Arlington Development and multiple 3rd party projects.

  • We are proud to report significant milestones on several projects:

    • Kore Mobile: Certificates of Occupancy have been issued for both the clubhouse and the first apartment building.

    • Mineola Pike: Certificate of Occupancies on 3 of the 4 Buildings

    • Orange Beach: Certificates of Occupancy for both buildings

    • Fairhaven Summit: Certificates of Occupancy granted for the clubhouse and all three apartment buildings.

  • We are also making progress in strengthening our internal capabilities. We have implemented Salesforce to streamline project tracking and client engagement, and we are committed to investing in our people through ongoing training and development programs. These initiatives are designed to empower our team and ensure we remain competitive and strong.

  • As we enter Q4, our Operations Team is gearing up for an exciting period.

    • Concrete Division – Starting projects in Mobile, AL and LaGrange, GA

    • Hardscapes Division – Starting a project in Greenville, SC

    • Framing Division – Launching a new framing project in Huntsville, AL

    • Drywall/Painting Division – Finishing projects in Birmingham and Montgomery, AL

    • Flooring Division – Continuing to install hard tile at the new Coca Cola plant in Birmingham, AL

HEALTH & SAFETY

We are very close to having 100% of our field employees certified in OSHA 30.

We have shipped AED (automated external defibrillators) to our ACS job sites. We will be working to schedule AED, CPR, and other required safety trainings for your job sites in Q1 of 2026.
