These Key Players represent the spirit of Arlington — supporting our communities, driving strong performance, and bringing our mission to life through everyday teamwork. Their contributions move our properties forward and inspire all of us to do our best work.
Allen joined Arlington Construction in 2021, bringing more than 40 years of experience across residential, multifamily, and commercial construction. Since then, he has earned the respect of his teammates through his unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and doing the right thing. He leads with integrity, holds himself and those around him to a high standard, and genuinely cares about the success and well-being of every person on his jobsite.
Even in the most challenging situations, Allen approaches each day with a positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example. His steady leadership, dedication to craftsmanship, and team-first mentality have made him an invaluable part of Arlington Construction. As Senior Project Manager Daniel Doucet shared, "Allen's dedication to quality, safety, and teamwork has earned the respect of everyone around him." His professionalism and passion continue to leave a lasting impact on every project he leads.

Cortez consistently demonstrates the values that define Arlington through his dependability, accountability, and commitment to excellence. He takes ownership of his responsibilities, approaches every challenge with professionalism, and plays an important role in ensuring operations continue to run smoothly while maintaining high standards across his property.
Working in an active construction environment with frequent site visits from asset managers, Cortez manages competing priorities with composure and confidence. He addresses challenges proactively, remains detail-oriented, and follows through without the need for oversight. His consistency, teamwork, and ability to perform under pressure make him a trusted leader and an outstanding representative of Arlington's values.

Andrea has been with PBS since 2020 and currently serves as Operations Manager for the Framing Division, overseeing operations that support framing, siding, masonry, and interior trim. After beginning her Arlington career in the Service Division, she built a strong foundation in communication, coordination, and support that continues to influence her leadership today.
Known for her organization, innovation, and process-driven approach, Andrea plays a key role in managing daily operations, tracking schedules and budgets, supporting field teams, and improving workflows across the division. She works closely with division leadership to strengthen operational consistency while helping projects stay on track from planning through execution. Her commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and operational excellence makes her an invaluable leader within PBS.

STEPHANIE MORGAN | Properties
Stephanie consistently demonstrates the dedication, reliability, and commitment to excellence that define Arlington's values. As a valued member of the Accounting team, she approaches every responsibility with care and precision, always striving to ensure the work is completed accurately and to the highest standard. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail make her someone her teammates can depend on every day.
What sets Stephanie apart is her willingness to go above and beyond whenever needed. Whether that means staying late to meet a deadline or stepping in to support her team, she never settles for the bare minimum and consistently leads by example. Her positive attitude, dependability, and genuine commitment to doing great work continue to raise the bar for those around her, making her an invaluable part of the Arlington team.
Jenny joined Arlington in August 2024 as Executive Administrative Assistant, but her impact reaches far beyond her title. She is an integral part of the organization and consistently steps in wherever support is needed, approaching every opportunity with a servant's heart and a willingness to help others succeed.
Through her involvement on the Amplify Committee, Jenny has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to Arlington's culture and people. She approaches every decision with the best interests of others in mind, working to ensure teammates feel supported, valued, and included. Whether she is planning initiatives, solving problems, or lending a helping hand, Jenny brings positivity, dependability, and genuine care to every interaction. Her uplifting spirit, dedication to service, and commitment to making a difference continue to have a meaningful impact across the organization, making her a true example of Arlington's values in action.
