Each quarter, we recognize several standout team members whose leadership, expertise, and commitment elevate everything we do.
These Key Players represent the spirit of Arlington — supporting our communities, driving strong performance, and bringing our mission to life through everyday teamwork. Their contributions move our properties forward and inspire all of us to do our best work.
Over the past two months, Abe has gone above and beyond to support all of our budget camps. He has consistently brought a positive attitude to a demanding schedule that has included extensive travel, multiple dinners each week, and the many other responsibilities that come with his role.
For several weeks, Abe was only home on the weekends, yet he continued to show up with the same energy, professionalism, and willingness to help. He has a wealth of knowledge, stays positive even when navigating challenges, and always makes himself available when his team needs him.
Abe is a tremendous asset to Arlington. He is genuinely appreciative of those who help him and is a joy to work with. His hard work, positive attitude, and commitment have made a significant impact this quarter, and he has truly been a superstar.

This quarter, we’re excited to spotlight Andrew Clark, Director of Asset Management, who joined the Development team in September 2025 and celebrated his one-year anniversary this September. Over the past year, Andy has made a significant impact by strengthening our asset management processes and bringing greater consistency, accountability, and strategic focus to property operations.
He has led improvements to budget development, tracking, and monthly budget review processes, helping teams better understand performance and make informed decisions. Andy has also enhanced rent tracking and rental strategy initiatives while improving leasing call effectiveness and weekly reporting to provide clearer operational insights.
In partnership with William and Wesley, he helped implement more robust market rent tracking through Apartment IQ, giving the team greater visibility into market conditions and pricing opportunities. Beyond these specific initiatives, Andy has elevated our overall operating strategy and established a more proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, allowing teams to respond more quickly and effectively when issues arise.
His leadership and analytical approach continue to drive meaningful improvements across the portfolio, and we look forward to seeing the continued impact of his work in the years ahead.

Kirstin Ely of Colina WeHo embodies Arlington’s values through her dedication to excellence, genuine care for others, and unwavering integrity. In just two years in property management, she has accomplished what many professionals strive for over an entire career.
Kirstin consistently demonstrates exceptional performance, earning mystery shop scores above 95% every quarter, including a perfect score. During lease-up, she navigated a fast-paced environment with patience and determination, maintaining leasing momentum without sacrificing the resident experience. In one of the most competitive markets, she continues to maintain a closing ratio above 60%. What truly sets her apart, however, is that every interaction feels less like making a sale and more like helping someone find their home.
Her relationships with residents speak for themselves. She takes the time to genuinely know them, remember important milestones, and support them through difficult moments. She also leads with integrity, actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow, and approaches challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset. Kirstin is a tremendous asset to Arlington, and we are proud to have her on our team.

BRENT HOLLOWAY | Construction
Brent Holloway started with ACS in the field as an Assistant Superintendent and was also one of the first Superintendents to work on the Arlington Finish Team. When the need arose for someone to manage our existing operations systems while also leading the rollout of our new scheduling software, Outbuild, we knew the best fit would be someone within ACS who understood our existing processes and how our systems were being used.
Brent was identified as the first choice for the position, and we could not have been happier when he accepted the role. Since transitioning into his new position, Brent has exceeded expectations. He continues to expand his responsibilities and is always willing to teach, troubleshoot, and help others understand how our systems work.
A self-starter, Brent has embraced this newly created position and helped define the needs and responsibilities of the role. We are excited to see what the future holds as Brent continues to lead the implementation of Outbuild across all ACS projects while helping make our systems more consistent and efficient.
