BAO XIONG | Human Resources
Bao joined Arlington in August 2022 and has made a meaningful impact from the start. She began as an HR Coordinator, managing onboarding, frontline tickets, and daily employee support with impressive organization and a consistently positive, solutions-driven mindset. Her steadiness, reliability, and upbeat attitude quickly made her a go-to resource across departments.
Over the last year, Bao reached a major milestone by earning her PHR certification and transitioning into the HR Consultant role. She has continued to expand her expertise, taking on more complex HR matters while maintaining her thoughtful, calm, and highly capable approach. Bao remains an invaluable part of the team, and her contributions continue to elevate the HR function company-wide.
THOMAS WRIGHT (LEFT) BRYAN ELLSWORTH (RIGHT)BRYAN ELLSWORTH | Construction
With three decades of construction experience, Bryan Ellsworth brings a strong command of project management and field operations to every development he leads. Over the course of his career, he has overseen more than 25 ground-up projects—including multifamily communities, hotels, and high-rise construction—building a reputation for dependable leadership and exceptional quality control. His background spans all major phases of construction, from concrete and framing to interior finishes, giving him a well-rounded perspective that strengthens coordination and execution on site.
Bryan completed his first project with Arlington Construction in 2008 and continues to be a steady, solutions-driven leader for the team. Known for his consistent presence, calm approach, and commitment to delivering a superior final product, he sets a high standard for craftsmanship and teamwork. His work ethic and dedication make him an invaluable asset to every project and every partner he supports.
HALSEY WARREN | Community Manager
Halsey has been part of API for about four years and currently serves as the Community Manager at 10X Audubon Park in Daphne. She has also contributed to several other communities, including the Reserve of Foley, consistently demonstrating strong performance and dependable leadership.
Known for her willingness to step in wherever support is needed, Halsey brings a collaborative, uplifting presence to every team she works with—whether on-site, remotely, or while traveling to assist others. She maintains excellent relationships with vendor partners, owners, and corporate teams, all while keeping a sharp eye on financial details, operations, and the big picture. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and natural ability to mentor others make her a standout team member across API.
TREY BARNES | Development
Trey joined Arlington in 2015 as a Construction Manager and has been a key leader in the organization ever since. His strong project oversight, practical problem-solving skills, and dependable performance led to his promotion to Vice President – Director of Construction Management in 2018. Trey is recognized for his clear communication, steady leadership style, and ability to guide complex projects efficiently from start to finish.
Beyond his technical expertise, Trey brings a grounded, people-centered approach to every interaction. His sense of responsibility, balance, and integrity is reflected in the way he supports teams and navigates challenges. Trusted, respected, and deeply committed to Arlington’s mission, Trey continues to play a vital role in the company’s success and long-term growth.
