MANDI LOGAN | Holdings
Mandi serves as Chief of Staff, but her impact extends far beyond any one title. She is a trusted problem solver, strategic thinker, and steady presence behind so much of what keeps the organization moving forward. With a background as a former Assistant Superintendent, Mandi brings a unique perspective to every challenge, combining operational knowledge with a solutions-oriented mindset.
She has a remarkable ability to create systems, improve processes, and identify opportunities that strengthen efficiency and performance across the organization. Whether she is implementing new ideas, supporting teams, or helping navigate complex issues, Mandi approaches everything with professionalism, innovation, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Her leadership, service mindset, and dedication continue to make a lasting impact on Arlington every day.
BLAKE TAYLOR | Construction
Blake is the kind of leader whose influence is felt across the organization in both visible and behind-the-scenes ways. Over his eight years with Arlington Construction, he has helped establish important systems, strengthen processes, and create structure that allows teams to work more effectively and efficiently. His thoughtful approach and steady leadership have made him a trusted resource for those around him.
What makes Blake especially valuable is the consistency, humility, and care he brings to his work every day. He leads in a way that supports others, builds trust, and helps teams succeed. Blake may not always seek the spotlight, but his dependability, professionalism, and commitment to doing things well have made a lasting difference throughout the organization.
WESLEY STRICKLAND | Development
Wesley plays an important role in Arlington’s development efforts, supporting projects from early-stage research through execution. His work spans market research, site selection, entitlements, design coordination, and investor relations, giving him involvement in nearly every phase of the development process. His ability to evaluate opportunities and help guide projects forward makes him a valuable part of the team.
Since joining Arlington Construction Services in 2021, Wesley has built a strong foundation through both construction and development experience. His background as a Project Manager gives him a unique understanding of how projects move from concept to completion. Wesley’s curiosity, analytical mindset, and passion for uncovering new opportunities continue to strengthen Arlington’s development pipeline and position the company for future growth. One project he is especially proud of is the Brother Bryan Mission’s new office and residences on 2nd Avenue in Birmingham, where he saw firsthand the mission’s meaningful impact on the community.

Wayne consistently demonstrates what it means to lead with Arlington’s core values in mind. Through his work in maintenance operations, he shows a strong commitment to service, accountability, teamwork, and integrity. He leads by example each day, bringing reliability, professionalism, and a genuine care for both residents and team members.
Wayne’s dedication to high-quality work and responsive service helps create a positive experience for residents and a strong sense of support for his team. He communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and approaches challenges with a calm, solutions-focused mindset. His willingness to step in wherever needed, train others, and support the success of the community makes him an invaluable part of the Arlington team.
