QUARTERLY UPDATE

As we close out the first quarter of 2026, I want to take a moment to say thank you. I know this season in property management has required a lot, and it has not gone unnoticed.

This quarter has been an important one for listening and aligning. We gathered feedback from our site teams, regionals, and our operations and marketing partners - ensuring voices from across the organization were heard. That input has directly shaped our strategic planning work, with department heads, RVPs, and leadership coming together to define what’s next as our current strategic plan wraps up in May.

Across the Southeast and Midwest, we’re continuing to see a more competitive and evolving multifamily environment, with increased supply in some markets and pressure on rent growth. Through it all, you’ve remained steady - focused on service, supporting your teams, and doing the right things day in and day out.

What stands out most is not just what you’ve accomplished, but how you’ve done it. The way you support each other, take pride in your communities, and stay committed to our residents is what truly defines Arlington.

Wesley Place entered November at 80.33% occupancy and successfully reached stabilization through the dedication and persistence of the on-site team. Despite the added challenges of the holiday season and winter conditions in Indianapolis, the team maintained momentum and achieved 24 move-ins within 3 months. Their consistent effort and focus on leasing performance played a critical role in the property’s success.
