QUARTERLY UPDATE

As we close out the quarter, I remain grateful for the dedication of our Property Management teams. This has been a season of focused progress - fully implementing Yardi 8 and CRM IQ, strengthening budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting our communities through Budget Bootcamp and 2026 planning, and advancing key automations that have made our daily workflows more efficient across the portfolio.

Despite challenges in several markets, you’ve maintained strong service to our residents, embraced new systems, and supported our growing portfolio with remarkable teamwork.

Thank you for the care you bring to your work each day. I’m excited for all that lies ahead as we continue to elevate the Arlington experience for our residents, our partners, and one another.
