Arlington Family,

Spring is upon us!  I am so excited for the beautiful blue skies and the return of warmer weather.  As we wrap up the first quarter of 2026, I’m encouraged by the strong start that we have had. Each quarter brings its own opportunities and challenges, and this one has been marked by steady progress, strong collaboration, and a continued commitment to improvement.

Over the last several months we have continued to pursue opportunities across all our companies.  We have been successful in partnering with new clients for management opportunites, building and contracting for new owners and starting on new Arlington developments.  We have also done a fantastic job of continuing to foster and grow the relationships with our existing clients and expanding opportunities with them as well.  To me this is one of the best indicators of our company’s continued growth and success. The dedication and effort that we all put forth are what continue to make us a leader in our industry. 

As we look ahead to the rest of the year, I’m excited about what we will continue to accomplish together. I’m truly looking forward to seeing all of you and building on the strong start we’ve already had.
