ARLINGTON FOUNDATION

On June 11, Lauren Graves attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Joel Center, a new veteran resource hub developed by The Joel Fund in Rolesville, North Carolina on behalf of Arlington. The center will provide veterans and their families with access to community programs, wellness services, employment support, and other critical resources, with future plans to expand into permanent supportive housing.

We were honored to celebrate this important milestone and support an organization making a meaningful impact for veterans and their families.

UPDATES

In Q2, HR successfully rolled out Payroll Beti, delivering meaningful improvements in payroll efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Hourly employees are now required to clock in and out, providing greater visibility into timekeeping and enabling potential issues to be identified and addressed before payroll is processed.
The enhanced process has improved payroll accuracy while streamlining payroll administration for both employees and managers.
HR completed Open Enrollment for the new plan year beginning May 1, with several enhancements driven directly by employee feedback.
Based on employee survey responses, we implemented meaningful savings on employee deductions across multiple benefit plans and introduced improved benefit options that better support our workforce while helping employees manage costs.
These changes reflect our commitment to listening to employees and ensuring their feedback translates into tangible improvements.
Throughout the quarter, HR remained focused on process improvements, employee support, and compliance initiatives.
