QUARTERLY UPDATE

The third quarter was an exceptionally productive one for our Properties division, marked by strong onsite performance and consistent delivery across our communities. Our teams continued to elevate service quality, earning recognition from residents, ownership groups, and internal partners for the standards we uphold each day. Despite the challenges in today’s multifamily environment—tight labor markets, evolving resident expectations, and increased competition—our sites remained focused and effective, contributing to improved resident satisfaction and stable operational results across the portfolio.
