ARLINGTON FOUNDATION
In 2025, The Arlington Foundation (TAF) completed its second full year of grantmaking, awarding $1 million in funding to nonprofit partners across four states. This represents a doubling of TAF’s community investment from the previous year and reflects the foundation’s continued commitment to empowering organizations and individuals to change trajectories, strengthen livelihoods, and support families in building brighter futures.

And a significant win on the benefits side — updates to the 401(k) plan effective January 1, 2026:
Increasing the company match to 50% of the first 8% deferred
Reducing match eligibility from one year to three months

2025 UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN
This year’s United Way campaign was our strongest yet. Participation climbed from just over 13% in 2023 to 19.6% in 2024, and now to an incredible 40.9% in 2025 — with total pledges increasing from $240k to $264k, and now reaching $375,525.
This represents a tripling of participation in just three years and a significant rise in total dollars raised. Beyond the numbers, it reflects growing engagement, camaraderie, and a shared commitment to supporting our communities — made possible by team-wide involvement across the organization.
